An exciting trekking in the Brenta Dolomites, UNESCO world heritage, starting from Madonna di Campiglio with an itinerary planned on well-mantained paths and trails with no techical difficulties on the way.
Here is your programme:
1st DAY: meeting in Madonna di Campiglio, the pearl of the western Dolomites, also called Brenta Dolomites, at the departing stop of the Vallesinella shuttle bus at 1 pm; When arrived at the Vallesinella parking lot, the itinerary starts towards Tuckett mountain hut. The tour starts in a forest of larches and firs and runs along small mountain rivers. At halfway we make a short stop at another mountain hut on the way if you need to recover a bit or take a short rest. As the trail goes up you will see less and less trees around and instead, always larger areas of rocks and stones will be visible with amazing views of the valleys beneath. Afterwards, today’s hike will reach your destination - the Tuckett mountain hut (2261 m), where you are going to have dinner and stay overnight with a magnificent view of the Brenta Dolomites, hopefully watching a sky full of stars.

2nd DAY: After breakfast, the day starts by leaving the mountain hut. Today’s program is much easier and it is mostly flat or going down. Initially, the tour keeps heading towards the heart of the western Dolomites, where you will be able to enjoy a breathtaking view of the majestic Crozzon del Brenta mount. Then the trail starts descending into the forests of larches, firs and pines and after a while you will walk through the refreshing Vallesinella waterfalls. In the end, you will reach the initial starting point of the tour and you will get back to Madonna di Campiglio via the shuttle bus.
