All visitors are going to be welcomed by their finest coffee while you’ll be told about the process of what you are tasting.
A special attention is given to the pulping process, which affects the taste of coffee and determines the unmistakable aroma and flavor typical of the unique beverage we universally call “coffee”.
Roasting is then the crucial stage in processing coffee beans. Special softwares control and monitor the whole process thoughout the duration of the roasting.
