Day 1:

Vallagarina

Arrival at the the airport and welcome meeting with our assistant. Private transfer to Trentino Region, heading to Vallagarina, the southern gate of Trentino region just a few miles from Verona.
Vallagarina is Trentino’s gateway, a joining link between different territories and cultures, plains and mountains, Italian and Middle-European civilization. The valley around Rovereto is a land of wines and castles. There are hills, pastures near the Brentonico plateau, the terraced fields of Val di Gresta and the rocky peaks of the Little Dolomites.

Day 2:

Val di Gresta: the ancient alchemy

Hotel breakfast and departure to Val di Gresta reaching Naturgresta workshop located  in Valle San Felice, 600 mt a.s.l. The building is made up of sustainable and energy-saving materials.
Naturgresta is a bio farm; the land around is divided into small terraced plots where they carry out their whole operation, from sewing the land to harvesting flowers and transforming the plants.
They produce homemade tincture, food supplements, skin oils, syrups, essences, balsamic honeys and different liquores.
The production is certified by ICEA, the Certification Institute of Ethics and Environment.
You will experience  the activity of “the ancient alchemy with herbs and the transformation into product", followed by a cooking class with herbs and by a pic nic lunch. In the afternoon, you’ll undesrtand how to create cosmetics with herbs. in the late afternoon, visit to a farm and tasting
 

Day 3:

Val Pasubio: honey and botany

Hotel breakfast and departure to Val Pasubio, a valley where the rural environment offers meadows, vegetable plantations and small terraced plots in a unique landscape. Visit to the Santuario de le Salette, a church dedicated to the Virgin of La Salette
The building overlooks the hill of Moscheri and is surrounded by a silent pine forest. The stone terrace on which the sanctuary stands is supported by three arches while to one side is a stone staircase. In a ring all around are capitals depicting the Stations of the Cross.
At 11 cooking class: herbs and honey will be the protagonists of this experience. A lunch with local products will follow and in the afternoon you’ll continue to a beekeeping farm for a visit and tasting first and to a wine cellar afterwards.
Back to the hotel, dinner and overnight.

Day 4:

Val di Non: in the land of apples

Hotel breakfast and departure to Val di Non, a valley famous for its fragrant and tasty apples used for many cakes and recipes of various kinds, but also for its exquisite honey, cured pork meats and cheeses.
In the morning, visit to Melchiori farm, where you will get to know how the various apple processes are carried out, from squeezing through to bottling of the juice, cider and vinegar.  You will also discover about the culinary benefits and characteristic of apples, methods of preservation and transformation. And of course, you’ll taste a fresh drink in the Melchiori cellar!
In the afternoon, you’ll will visit a potato farm and end your your day with one of the very typical dish of the region: “tortèl de patate” a potato cake, served with the local mortandela.
Overnight.

Day 5:

Free time and return

Hotel breakfats and free time.
Lunch at your leisure and transfer to the airport.
 

Covid requirements

In order to protect all the participants and people involved in the activity, we kindly request to avoid the participation on case of one of these symptoms: 

- Temperature higher than 37.5
- Cough, Sore throat or breathing difficulty
- Fadigue, muscle or body anches 

We also request to let us know if you've been with symptomatic people in the last 14 days or if you come from a risk area (declared as such byt authorities) in the last 14 days.
